Who you're agreeing with

AI Guide to Business is a brand of Psios LLC(California, USA). Using this site, downloading our playbook, or joining any tier means you agree to these terms.

Educational content, not advice

Everything we publish — the Solo AI Workflow Pack, the videos, the community posts, the live standups — is educational content. It is not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, medical advice, or engineering sign-off. You're a founder; you make your own calls.

If you run a workflow from the Playbook and it loses you money, deletes your emails, or annoys your accountant, that's on you. We teach the pattern — you pick the tools, the inputs, and the risk tolerance.

Your content and account

You're responsible for what you post in The Coop community or share in live standups. Don't post anything illegal, threatening, or someone else's copyrighted material without permission. We reserve the right to remove anyone who ruins the room for everyone.

Paid subscriptions

Paid tiers (The Coop on Skool, future Operator's Room, etc.) are billed monthly by the payment processor listed at checkout (Skool or Stripe). Cancel any time — access ends at the close of the current billing period. No prorated refunds.

AI output disclaimer

Workflows in the Playbook are run through AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others). AI can hallucinate, misunderstand context, or confidently produce wrong answers. Always review AI output before acting on it — especially anything involving money, contracts, or people's names.

Intellectual property

The Playbook, videos, character designs (Hal, Ralph, Pixel, Derek), and written content are © Psios LLC. You're welcome to copy individual prompts and workflows into your own tools — that's the point. Don't redistribute the Playbook as your own product.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psios LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the Playbook, or any tier. If a court decides we are liable for something, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which may be $0).

Changes to these terms

We'll notify the email list in advance of any meaningful change. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

California law. Any dispute goes to a court in Santa Clara County, California — unless you prefer binding arbitration, which we're also fine with.
